Clay County Public Library News
27 October 2022
We had our first annual Halloween party on October 22 from 5-7. We had lots of visitors. We played multiple carnival games and got lots of candy. We had a Halloween costume contest between children and adults. They all done wonderful. We have many more events coming soon.
Don’t forget we have our picture taking station out back at the end of the building. Please come out and see us and share your pictures with us.
We have many new books for adults and children in the library. Colleen Hoover is one of our biggest requests and I have gotten most of those in. If there are any requests you have for books, please let me know and I will do my best to get them in for you.
In the next week, our website should be up and running.

We will update it weekly and add multiple events on there and pictures of our events as well.
We will be closing at 4:30 on October 28 to get set up on the square to pass out candy. We will also be closed on November 8 for election day.
